(MANHATTAN) — Little Apple Xtreme Bulls will bring two nights of professional bull riding to Manhattan on November 13–14, 2026, at the Kansas State University Bilbrey Family Event Center.

The event will mark the first external event for the public to experience at the new venue.

Featuring top professional bull riders and elite bucking bulls, Little Apple Xtreme Bulls will deliver high-energy competition while celebrating Western heritage, supporting local businesses, and creating new opportunities for community involvement.

“Manhattan is a community with a strong agricultural foundation, a deep appreciation for Western traditions, and people who know how to come together to make something special happen,” said Jesse Pohlmann, Director of Little Apple Xtreme Bulls. “We want this event to be more than a great night of bull riding. We want it to be an opportunity to bring people together, support our community, and establish something that local families, businesses, and rodeo fans can be proud of.”

The event is being organized in partnership with the Kaw Valley Rodeo Association (KVRA), a local nonprofit, PRCA-affiliated organization dedicated to promoting rodeo during the summer Riley County Fair. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to growing professional rodeo while strengthening connections between the sport and the surrounding community.

Community investment is a central part of the event’s mission. Little Apple Xtreme Bulls is committed to working with local businesses and organizations, creating vendor opportunities for small businesses, supporting scholarships for the K-State Rodeo Team, and partnering with student organizations to encourage philanthropy and community service.

“We believe a successful event should leave a positive mark on the community that welcomes it,” Pohlmann said. “From working with local vendors and community organizations to supporting students and the next generation of rodeo athletes, we want our investment in Manhattan to extend well beyond the arena. The support we’ve received from local partners has been instrumental in bringing this event to life.”

The Bilbrey Family Event Center, located at 2200 Denison Avenue in Manhattan, provides a new venue for large-scale events at Kansas State University. Little Apple Xtreme Bulls will bring professional rodeo competition into the facility while introducing audiences to the excitement, athleticism, and traditions of the sport.
