Geary County Commissioners have approved a motion seeking a joint meeting with the City Commission and Chamber of Commerce Executive Board to discuss the interlocal master agreement with the Chamber.
County Chair Kathy Tremont will contact Mayor Terry Butler and the Chamber about the session, which is suggested for 5:30 p.m. on the 29th. The location is to be determined.
County Commisssioner Trish Giordano said that they all need to be on the same page. The City and County provide funding to support Chamber economic development and military affairs operations.
