(JUNCTION CITY, Kan., Jan. 3, 2024) — Stormont Vail Health welcomed the first baby of 2024 in Geary County at 5:58 p.m. Jan. 1, 2024. The baby was born at Stormont Vail’s Flint Hills Campus hospital in Junction City.

The baby boy weighs 5 pounds and 2 ounces, and measures 18 inches long. His parents, Domenic and Jennifer Jones, named him Aleister Athame Campbell.
