The Junction City Expo will be Thursday from 5-8 p.m. in Heritage Park.
The Chamber of Commerce issued a reminder. Bring your own chairs, tables, extension cords, canopies or what applies to your booth. The chamber will NOT be providing tables or chairs to vendors. Electricity will be available to those who pre-requested this service.
Currently the weather forecast is uncertain. The back-up location will be announced Wednesday afternoon should it be needed. You will be notified by email if the Expo must be moved indoors due to the weather.

Schedule:
2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Vendor Booth Set-Up at Heritage Park.
5:00 p.m. JC Expo open to the public; vendor booths open for business!
5:10 p.m. Elite Academy of Martial Arts demonstration under the Grandstand
5:30 p.m. JCHS Marching Band Performs near Grandstand
6:00 p.m. JCHS Cheerleaders
8:00 p.m. JC Expo ends, booths begin to tear down.
9:00 p.m. All vendors must be packed up and have left the park by this time.
Vendor Placement: To find your booth location, please look at the attached Booth Assignments pdf to find the booth number/letter assigned to your organization. Then reference the attached Heritage Park Booth Layout Map to look for where that specific booth is positioned. Please note, those who have requested electricity are highlighted yellow. You will need your own heavy-duty extension cords. Both spaces could be up to 50 ft. from the electrical outlets. If you have any questions or need more information on Thursday, please go to the Chamber booth.
Unloading/Parking: For vendors needing to unload, please use Washington and 6th Street, to pull up to the curb closest to your booth area to unload your vehicle. Once done unloading, please MOVE YOUR VEHICLE BY 4:30 to one of the following parking locations as displayed on the attached loading/parking map; See Map.
