RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect for alleged criminal threat.
Just after 9a.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report for harassment by telecom device and criminal threat in the 5100 block of Vista Acres Drive, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 27-year-old male and a 41-year-old male reported a 48-year-old male threatened the safety of two workers. Jeremiah Daniel Lance, 48, of Manhattan, was arrested on requested charges of harassment by telecom device and criminal threat. Lance was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
