Fort Riley has announced that Parker Access Control Point will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27 and reopen for normal operations on Monday, Dec. 1• 12th St. ACP will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27• The Fort Riley Visitor Control Center will operate on holiday hours from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27
