WABAUNSEE COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 4:30p.m. Wednesday in Wabaunsee County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2021 Peterbilt semi driven by Timothy Stone, 55, Maysville, KY., was westbound on Interstate 70 just east of Keene Eskridge Road. The semi overturned due to high wind speeds.
EMS transported Stone to Stormont Vail in Topeka. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
