MANHATTAN—One person was injured in an accident just after 12:30p.m. Tuesday in&nbsp;the 2400 block of Claflin Road. in Manhattan. 

A 2015 Kia Forte driven by Nathan George, 19, of Junction City had hit a pedestrian identified as James Baugh, 67, of Olsburg, who was in a wheelchair crossing the street, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

EMS transported Baugh to Via Christi in critical condition and later transported to Stormont Vail in Topeka for further treatment of his injuries.
