Customer service remodeling begins at City Hall

Posted Mar 23, 2022 1:57 PM

Customer Service remodeling at Junction City Hall should take about three weeks. Finance Director Lindsay Miller said in the meantime, the customer service operation is temporarily located in the basement of the Municipal Building while the work is being completed. There will be limited telephone access which could result in a delayed response, so the public is being asked to use alternative options for their needs whenever possible.

For utility payments there are options.

Utility Payments:

  1. Pay your bill online.  No additional fee is assessed.
  2. https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/junctioncityks
  3. Call our 24/7 888 number for payment.  No additional fee is assessed.
  4. 1-888-730-7263
  5. You will need your account number and your house number.  You can find your account number on your bill.
  6. Drop Box out in front of City Hall
  7. Setup Bank Draft and your bill be auto drafted.
  8. Make a Payment in person at City Hall in the basement.

You can still call the main line but response times could be delayed. To ensure a timely payment, the City recommends use of one the options listed. All due dates will remain listed on your bill.
