MANHATTAN, KAN. – The Riley County Police Department arrested a Manhattan man on Wednesday for multiple violations of the Kansas Offender Registration Act, according to a media release from the RCPD.
Joseph Jonathan Macias, 37, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 1:30 p.m. on July 1 in the 600 block of Vattier Street on a Riley County District Court warrant for 33 counts of violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act, 17 counts of perjury and nine counts of aggravated violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
Macias was issued a total bond of $300,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this release.
