Sixteen volunteers led by Phyllis Fitzgerald spent Saturday morning working on cleanup and beautification of the East Chestnut Street entrance just off I-70 to Junction City
Some work remains to be done, but this is a photo after the effort.

This was the appearance before the work began.
Volunteers pulled the weeds and city employees hauled those weeds away. Fitzgerald noted as a community they were just coming together and helping the City clean up the roundabout.
