Construction work completed on a new shelter at 5th Street Park

Hutton Construction has completed work on a new shelter at the 5th Street Park.

The new shelter will provide space for families and community members to gather, have picnics, and participate in various outdoor activities. The project is spearheaded by Quality Play for All, with help from the following partners:

 City of Junction City- Parks and Recreation and Public Works, Students from Kansas State University’s chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, USD 475 Career and Technical Education Students,  Kaw Valley Engineering, and Foley Equipment.
