Thousands of people traveled to downtown Junction City on Saturday for the second day of Oktoberfest. As of 7 p.m. Saturday Phyllis Fitzgerald noted that coordinator Justin Hoover estimated the turnout in the 12,000 to 15,000 range. The event was scheduled until 11 p.m. Earlier in the day there was also a Volksmarch that included 5K and 13K run / walks.

Oktoberfest began Friday evening with estimated attendance in the 6,000 to 8,000 range.
