The 31st Annual Junction City Rodeo is happening this weekend, Friday and Saturday night, July 18th & 19th, starting at 8:00 P.M. at the Geary County 4-H Fairgrounds Arena, located at 1025 Spring Valley Rd in Junction City.
The rodeo will feature: bareback riding, calf roping, breakaway roping, team roping, barrel racing, and bull riding.
Friday night's theme is Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night . On Saturday night, the theme is Red, White & Blue Night.
There will be events for this kids at the rodeo as well. Kids events include the calf scramble, the boot scramble, and mutton busting.
Tickets to the Junction City Rodeo can be purchased at the gate. Adults are $10.00, kids ages 6-12 are $5.00, and those five and under are free.
