Fort Riley Garrison Commander, Col. Gerald A. Nunziato, will be the keynote speaker at the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Council Breakfast Thuursday. It begins at 7:30 a.m. at JC Naz, 1025 S. Washington. Doors open at 7 a.m. Tickets are $20.
