The traditional parade begins at 5:30 p.m. and runs on North Washington Street from 10th to 6th Street. Children of all ages and their parents can march behind the JCHS Marching Band. After the parade children can trick or treat at businesses along the parade route.

To participate in the parade meet on Washington between 10th and 9th Streets at 5:15 p.m.

Organizations planning to pass out candy need to register at www.jc.org/all-treats-day.

Also, the 12th Street Community Center is participating in All Treats Day on Oct 24 from 6-7:30 p.m. once again.&nbsp;
