The City of Grandview Plaza has announced they are hosting an open forum and discussion on a new public safety building for the Police and Fire Departments.&nbsp;

The open forum is set for Wednesday, November 12, at 5:30 p.m. at the City Hall, located at 402 State Ave.&nbsp;
