Nita Miller, JC Breakfast Optimist Club President, swore in three new members of the club on December 27.  The new members are Mike Taylor, Director of Religious Education at Fort Riley; Debbie Johns, Director at the Food Pantry in Junction City and Christopher Kiser, Assistant Sports Coordinator for Morale, Welfare and Recreation at Fort Riley.&nbsp;
