Geary County Sheriff Nate Boeckman provided details on case numbers for the past two weeks to the Geary County Commission on Monday. Some of those included:
--average daily population of 91 inmates
--seven accidents worked
--one DUI case
--one domestic incident
--three drug investigationa
--one battery / assault
--three criminal damage to property
--one theft / burglary case
There were 38 arrests.
There are three deputy and three corrections officer openings. Boeckman expects to have them filled next month.
