Irwin Army Community Hospital will welcome a new commander

Col. Anthony Gray will become the next commander of Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley. The Army said the change of command will be held Tuesday, June 14, 9 a.m. on the Cavalry Parade Field.

Gray will succeed outgoing commander Col. Edgar Arroyo.

Gray will come to Fort Riley from the director of logistics post for Brooke Army Medical Center and Regional Health Command - Central G4, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

The ceremony will also include a change of responsibility from outgoing IACH command Sgt. Maj. Michael D. Dills to Command Sgt. Maj. George L. Foster.

Brig. Gen. Shan K. Bagby, Commanding General, RHC-C, will host the ceremony, which will be livestreamed on https://www.facebook.com/IrwinArmyCommunityHospital/.

Col. Arroyo’s next assignment will be with Regional Health Command-Pacific.
