RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged criminal damage to property in Manhattan.
Just before 8a.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Fremont Street in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
McCullough Development, Cat Cans Portable Services and DIH LLC reported an unknown suspect spray-painted a building, a portapotty and a shed.
