Patti’s life began on April 4, 1959 the daughter of Bruce Atchison and Opal Louise (Conde) Schroeder in Wichita, Kansas. She lived in Wichita and was graduated from North High School in 1978. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Wichita State University. She married Edward “Ed” Mora on September 1, 2001 in Wichita. She was employed as a Social Worker for the Sedgwick County Department of Aging, Sunflower and The Mental Health Association. She was affiliated with All Saints Catholic Church. Patty enjoyed feeding the ducks at various parks, watching hot air balloons, seeing the airplanes land and take off and looking at fire damage done to buildings.
Her loving family includes her husband, Eddie of Wichita; sons, Brian Mora and Tim Mora, both of Wichita; sister, Cindy Atchison of Wichita; nieces, Diana Stachura, Debra George, both of Wichita, and Danna Alston of Maryland.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Susan; and a brother, Steven.
Her family will gather with friends closer to her birthday and inurnment will take place at a later date.
