JC First has presented a check for $6,000 to Brad and Shawn Chauncey, builders of three spec houses, in the Manns Ranch Addition in Junction City.&nbsp;

The JC First Spec House Development Program encourages building of spec houses, with JC First funding up to $2,000 per house.&nbsp;

All three of the spec houses have been sold.&nbsp; The check was presented Wednesday at the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce offices.

JC First supports builders
