Mark C. Samarrai, age 69, of Manhattan, died April 12, 2024, at his residence.

He was born March 18, 1955, in Manhattan, the son of Saleh Mahdi and Shirley Mae (Howard) Samarrai.

Mark was a longtime commercial real estate developer in Manhattan.

Survivors include three children: Heather Flanary of Manhattan, Amanda Ryker of White City, KS, and Nicole Aguilar of Flowery Branch, GA; three siblings: Paul Samarrai of Overland Park, KS, Charles Samarrai of Manhattan, and Sharon Sandata of Quivira, KS; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Marianne Rickenbaker.
