RILEY COUNTY —Authorities in Manhattan made an arrest Monday afternoon for a large amount of graffiti in and around CiCo Park after officers followed a trail of paintings and empty spray cans, according to a social media report from the Riley County Police Department.
"Our local parks are beautiful and colorful already. Please don't paint them."
Police are expected to release additional details Tuesday.
