The primary election will be Aug. 6th.
Geary County Clerk Courtney Gilbert said Monday, June 3rd at noon, is the deadline to change your party affiliation to participate in the primary election. (unaffiliated must declare a party to participate in the primary election)
Tuesday, July 16th is the deadline to register to vote or update your voter registration.
Wednesday, July 17th In-Person Advance voting begins at the County Building (200 E 8th St Junction City) and Advance Ballots by mail are transmitted.
Tuesday, July 30th is the last day to apply for an advance voting mail ballot.
Monday, August 5th In Person Advance voting ends at noon.
-Tuesday, August 6th is the Primary Election Day. Voting takes place at your designated polling location.
Locations in Geary County to register to vote include the County Clerk’s Office, Junction City Municipal Building, DMV, 12th Street Community Center, Grandview Plaza City Building, Milford City Building, Dorothy Bramlage Public Library and the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce.
