The City of Junction City has announced via social media the hiring of Ret. Command Sgt. Major Rob Wilson as the City's new military affairs liason.
The City stated that it is a temporary but incredibly important role focused on strengthening the connection between the community and Fort Riley. They recognize how vital this partnership is, and they’re confident Wilson is the right person to help bridge that gap and build even stronger relationships.
Wilson is a former military affairs director for the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce.
