RILEY COUNTY —A suspect accused of identity theft crimes is back in jail for skipping court.
Just after 1:30p.m. Tuesday police arrested 40-year-old David Nelson of Manhattan on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear.
This arrest stems from original charges of forgery and unlawful computer acts. Nelson remains jailed on a $45,000 bond.
