According to the City's 515 Report the Junction City Police Department hosted its second in-house mini academy. This academy is a 6-hour course that goes over various training topics. Dispatch Supervisor Kerry Kim gave a presentation on tasks and technology available to dispatch, Alicia Loveless went over records and the importance of “packing the record”, David Huckabee provided valuable insight on legal updates and court room prep and finally, Brynne Naverkamp presented an overview of mental health for Law Enforcement
