The JC Breakfast Optimist Club had a fundraiser at the American Legion&nbsp; on September&nbsp;13 and collected $550.00 to present to USD 475 for students whose parents have an unpaid food service account. Random names of students will be selected to have some impact on the unpaid accounts.&nbsp;
