There are two more events where you can meet the 10 candidates that are running for election to the Junction City Commission. The first event is this Saturday, July 19, at the Harmony Center in Junction City. From 1:00-2:00 p.m., there will be a question-and-answer session for the candidates.

 The Harmony Center is located at 540 Grant Avenue. 

On Monday night, July 21, the Geary County Republican Party is hosting its monthly meeting at the Blu Restaurant and Bar in Junction City. The candidates have been invited to attend, and this will also be a question-and-answer format. The meeting will be in the back room at Blu and begins at 6:00 p.m. 

The Blu Restaurant and Bar is located at 602 N. Washington St.

In-person advance voting began on Wednesday, July 16, at the Geary County Office Building. The Primary Election is Tuesday, August 5th.
