Michael Nedzia, 77, of Junction City, passed away on February 17, 2023,
 surrounded by his loving family. A family memorial service is pending. Michael
 was born on December 24, 1945, in Pennsylvania. He graduated high 
school in 1963. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a 
private. He married his loving wife, Chong in 1976, in Seoul, 
South Korea. After marriage they came back to Junction City, Kansas, 
where they made their home. Michael was an avid outdoorsman. He 
enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping here in Kansas. His favorite type 
of fish was crappies and blue-gills, once caught he would fry them up 
and eat with friends and family. Michael's son, Daniel was his fishing 
partner, they would catch sixty pound plus catfish together at the 
Milford State Lake. He is survived by his wife, his son, Daniel Gabbard, and daughter-in-law, Mary Gabbard of Junction City, Kansas.&nbsp;
