RILEY COUNTY—Police are investigating a robbery and have made an arrest.
On November 9, 2019, police responded to a report of an aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping in the 400 block of Fremont Street in Manhattan, according Riley County Police Department spokesperson Rachel Pate.
Officers listed a 30-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 29-year-old male and a 32-year-old male pointed a gun at him and demanded money and his phone.
On Wednesday, police arrested Joseph Trevail, 32 of Manhattan, on a Riley County District Court warrant
Trevail is being held on requested charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping on a bond of $150,000.00, according to the Riley County Police Department arrest report.
