Junction City customer service window will temporarily close for software upgrades

 Junction City Water Department’s customer service window located in the lobby of the Municipal Building will be closing at 3:00PM on July 19th and all day on July 20th for software upgrades.

Payments can still be made by utilizing the following options.

1. Drop box (located outside building)

2. Online at www.municipalpayments.com/junctioncityks

3. Pay by phone with the IVR system at 888-730-7263

No in person payments will be accepted during this time.
