Tracy Lynn Kolterman (Creach)

Tracy Lynn Kolterman (Creach), 60, of Kansas City Missouri passed away surrounded by her family on January 19, 2020 due to complications from Covid-19. She was born on August 30, 1960 in Bath, New York, the daughter of Sandi and Harry Creach.

She was raised in Clay Center, Kansas and attended school there. She later went on to obtain several degrees to include accounting, cosmetology and most recently attended Colorado Technical School where she graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2009. Tracy had a love for the elderly and devoted her career to taking care of those in need.

She will be remembered as a kind, caring and devoted nurse by her patients and co-workers, never without a pen to spare. She was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Kansas City, Missouri, she was active in Heartland Episcopal Cursillo. Tracy was known by all for her baking. She would spend her time away from work baking and would give homemade bread to everyone she saw.

She married Greg Kolterman July 26, 2002 and he survives the home. Other Survivors included her children Michael Shon Holte and Wife Tamara of Mayetta, KS, Sheri Hatch and Husband Shane of Clay Center, KS, Josh Holte and Wife Tiffany of Clay Center, KS, and 16 grandchildren. Her Brother Mike Creach and wife Shelly of Clay Center, KS and sisters Kathy Cyre and Husband Steve of Clay Center, KS and Mary Bradfield and husband Robert of Clay Center, KS along with several step siblings. She is preceeded in death by her parents Sandi Creach-Ruthstrom and Harry Creach, stepsister Vicki Krupke, stepbrother Frank Creach, and niece Sandy Ziemann.

Private funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home, Clay Center, Kansas.  Interment will be in the St. John’s Episcopal Cemetery, Wakefield, Kansas.

Visitation will be held 3-7 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2021 from at the funeral home.
