Junction City man hospitalized after 3-vehicle rear-end crash

GEARY COUNTY —A Junction City man was injured in an accident just after 4p.m. Thursday in Geary County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Lexus RX driven by Bradley R. Johnson, 63, Junction City, was westbound on Interstate 70 six miles east of Junction City.

The Lexus rear-ended a 2019 Ford F150 driven by Mark C. Shaw, 63, Tom Bean, Texas. After impact the Ford rear-ended a 2022 Peterbilt semi driven by Wesley G. Muse, 47, Richardson, Texas.

EMS transported Johnson to the Geary Community Hospital. Shaw and Muse were not injured. Johnson was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
