JC Arts Council
The Junction City Arts Council (JCArts) will present the next installment of its JCArts Talks seminar series on Saturday, June 20, at 2:00 p.m. at JCArts, 131 W. 7th Street in Junction City.
The featured speaker will be local artist Emily Vieyra, whose work includes painting, paper mache, and ceramic sculpture. During the seminar, Vieyra will discuss her artistic journey, creative process, sources of inspiration, and experiences as a working artist.
JCArts Talks is a free seminar series designed to connect the community with local and regional artists through conversation, education, and the sharing of creative experiences.
Community members of all ages are invited to attend. Admission is free, but registration is encouraged.
Following the seminar, visitors are also invited to attend the artist reception for Vincent Matheny from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at JCArts.
