Geary County Convention & Visitors Bureau Director Raquel Cinco has announced the hiring of Adam Cooke to serve as a marketing specialist for the CVB.
Cooke was employed at the Geary County Sheriff's Department for eight years. He served as a corrections captain.
Cooke began work with the CVB on Monday.
