Attendance at brick and mortar schools is increasing

Attendance in brick and mortar buildings has increased in USD 475 during the first quarter of the school year. Dr. Reginald Eggleston said last week it has been noticed by school officials. "We have noticed that we had an increase in attendance this first quarter and going into the second quarter. So attendance is doing really well in spite of the number of students that may have been quarantined. We found that our attendance is still very high and we're very pleased with that."

Some people will travel for the upcoming holidays. If are doing so Eggleston urged that you look at the Kansas Department of Health & Environment web site to determine if there are areas that are determined hot spots, red, across the country. "If so, make sure that you understand any of the measures that are in place. Some locations are requiring individuals to quarantine once they return to their residence so please be mindful of that."
