RILEY COUNTY–Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged sex crimes.
On Monday, police arrested 64-year-old Clark Petersen of Manhattan in connection to sex crimes reported to have occurred at his chiropractic office, 1419 Westport Landing Place #109 in Manhattan, between 2018 and 2022 involving five female victims now between the ages of 37 and 59, according to a media release from the Riley County Police Dept.
Petersen was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for 16 counts of sexual battery and one count each of rape, aggravated sexual battery, and lewd and lascivious behavior. He remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $300,000.
