RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Manhattan man on multiple charges after an arrest following a pursuit.
Just after 11p.m. Friday, officers attempted to make a traffic stop on a car driven by 22-year-old Tyreek Toliver near the intersection of Walters Drive and Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan, according to the RCPD activity report.
Toliver continued to drive northbound on Tuttle Creek Blvd. and turned into a trailer park in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. where he exited the car and began to run east through a residential area.
He was later located and arrested within the trailer park on requested charges of fleeing by engaging in reckless driving, interference with LEO and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Toliver was issued a total bond of $8,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
