Junction City, KS - Junction City Main Street and the Flint Hills Regional Council are proud to announce the launch of the Flint Hills Business Builders (FHBB), a new online resource hub created to support local small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs throughout the Flint Hills region.

FHBB is not a program or membership; it’s a centralized website designed to connect entrepreneurs with local resources they need to start, grow, or sustain a business. From funding opportunities and free business counseling to marketing tools and networking contacts, FHBB simplifies access to the wide range of business support services available in our region. “This website was built with our business community in mind,” said Jordan McCann, Executive Director of Junction City Main Street. “Whether you're just getting started or looking to scale up, FHBB helps you find the right people, tools, and organizations to move your business forward.”

What You'll Find on FHBB:

  1. A growing directory of local, regional, and state-level business resources
  2. Guidance on building social capital and connecting with the right networks
  3. Tools for navigating permits, licenses, and local ordinances
  4. Links to education or training programs

By focusing on accessibility and clarity, the FHBB website helps reduce the confusion that many small business owners face when searching for assistance. Eventually, all the counties within the Flint Hills Region will be able to add in their own local resources. The counties include Chase County, Lyon County, Pottawatomie County, Wabaunsee County and Riley County. Visit the FHBB site at www.JunctionCityMainStreet.org/fhbb and explore how the local resources available to ensure entrepreneurs at every stage have the support they need to succeed.
