Carolyn (Carol) E. Wright was born March 26, 1948 in Junction City, Kansas the daughter of Luther H. and Theora E. (Adolph) Brumbalow. She passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024 at the Enterprise Estates Nursing Home in Enterprise, Kansas. Carol enjoyed crafts, quilting, crocheting, playing bingo, gardening, making jewelry, painting, and raising pigs.
On January 22, 1968 she was united in marriage to Kenneth C. Wright. He passed away May 26, 2018.Carolyn is survived by her daughter Lisa Gasswint and her husband Roy of Abilene, son Kevin Wright of Abilene, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Besides her husband, Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Wayne.
Graveside services for Carolyn will be 2:00 pm Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Mt. Hope Cemetery near Enterprise with Pastor Stan Norman officiating.
