Entrepreneurs in the Flint Hills region have an opportunity this month to jumpstart their business ideas, thanks to a new workshop series designed to spark innovation and provide practical guidance for aspiring business owners.
The Flint Regional Council announced that Regional Entrepreneurship 101: Idea to Action Workshop will be held on Saturday, May 24th at two locations. The Wamego workshop will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Iron Clad Coworking, while the Junction City session will be hosted from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at The WorkStation. Participants will gain insights into business planning, local resources, and the steps needed to move their ideas forward.
Whether you're just getting started or looking to grow a side hustle, this 4-hour interactive session is designed to provide meaningful momentum. One participant will win a business launch package featuring business services that will support their business venture.
The workshops are hosted by Flint Hills Regional Council, in partnership with Junction City Main Street, and are funded by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and the Kansas Department of Commerce. Space is limited, and early RSVP is encouraged. Interested participants can email [email protected] to receive the registration link.
