Patricia "Patty" Rosell, 70, of Junction City, Kansas passed away on June 6, 2024, at Stormont-Vail Healthcare.
Patty was born on December 27, 1953, to Edward W. Rosell and Bernice (Shibilo) Rosell at Poughkeepsie, New York. While growing up, Patty enjoyed spending time with her large family. She grew up with six siblings all of which would look after and take care of her.
Patty had many hobbies throughout her life such as her volunteer cleaning jobs while living in New York, volunteering at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, working with arts and crafts, and of course doing her word search puzzles. Patty's faith brought her to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where she attended many bible studies, prayer sessions, and The Holy Mass.
She is survived by her loving brothers, Paul Rosell of Junction City, Kansas and Robert (Roylene) Rosell of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, and several nieces and nephews. Patty is preceded by her loving parents; three brothers, Edward C. Rosell, Henry J. Rosell, and Johnny Rosell and one sister, Joann Nater.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to be given to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and The American Red Cross.
Cremation has taken place and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 218 N Washington St, Junction City, KS, on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. followed by a graveside service at St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. prior to funeral mass.
