Joan (Lane ) Harper, McDonald, KS. Meg was united in marriage to Randall Hupe, Wamego, Ks, 1979-1981, which ended in divorce. Meg and Randy remained as friends. She is survived by her sisters: Carole Vrbas of Ottawa, KS and Sheri Cloe &amp; husband Robert of Elk City, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation is planned with private family services.&nbsp;&nbsp;
