RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect for alleged crimes at a bank in Manhattan.
Just before 11:30p.m. Saturday, police filed a report of attempted theft or property or services and computer unlawful acts in the 1000 block of Hylton Heights Road, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Intrust Bank reported unknown suspect with a mask was attempting to break into an ATM. Alexander Jose Lopez Cedeno, 18, of Chicago, was arrested at approximately 12:40 a.m. for attempted theft of property or services and computer unlawful acts. Lopez Cedeno remains jailed on a $5,000 bond.
