Fire destroyed a barn at the Dickinson County residence of Lynn Langvardt at 2224 K-18 Highway Sunday evening. There were not any injuries reported.
Dickinson County District One Fire Chief Paul Froelich reported that the barn was a total loss. The cause of the fire was undetermined.
Geary County rural firefighters assisted the firefighters from Dickinson County in putting out the blaze. Firefighters responded to the scene just before 7 p.m. and were able to depart about 9:45 p.m.
