MORRIS COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a stolen vehicle and have arrested a Manhattan man.
On Sept. 17, police responded to the 10 Block of North Neosho in Council Grove after report of a stolen vehicle, according to a media release.
A Morris County deputy spotted the vehicle in the 10 Block of East Main street where it was parked and unattended. Following an investigation, officers arrested 20-year-old Andrew Franklin of Manhattan on a requested charge of possession of stolen property. Authorities released no additional details.
