RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on child sex crime allegations.
Just before 12:30p.m. on October 3, police arrested Brian Griffith, 25, of Junction City, in the 1000 block of Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation.
This arrest stems from an original charge of aggravated solicitation of a child. Griffith was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Griffith has been listed as a sex offender since a 2022 conviction for Aggravated indecent solicitation of a child; Sex act with a child under age 14 in Riley County, according to the Sex Offender Registry.
